These low-carb crackers are crisp, cheesy and provide that satisfying crunch that we all look for in a snack.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Microwave cheddar, cream cheese and almond flour in a microwave-safe bowl for 45 seconds.

Step 2: Stir well. If ingredients are not combining well, you can microwave for 15-second increments.

Step 3: Allow your cheese mixture to cool for 2 minutes then add the egg and salt and mix well into a ball.

Step 4: Use 2 pieces of parchment paper and a rolling pin to roll out the dough. Then cut the dough into cracker sized pieces.
