1can condensed chicken gumbo soup
2tbsp.brown sugar substitutesuch as Swerve
1tbsp.chili powder
2tbsp.apple cider vinegar
2/3cupsugar free ketchup
½large yellow oniondiced

Instructions
In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned, using spoon or spatula to break up meat as it cooks. Soak up excess fat with paper towel; set aside.
In large saucepan, whisk together soup, brown sugar, chili powder, vinegar and ketchup.
Add diced onions and whisk well.
Add ground beef and mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then lower and simmer for 45 minutes. ALTERNATE COOKING DIRECTIONS: Heat on low in slow cooker for 3-4 hours.
