2eggs
4tbspbuttermelted
¼cupwater
1tspvanilla extract
¾cupalmond meal/flour
½tbspgranulated sweetener of choice
1tspbaking powder

Instructions
Plug in your waffles iron and let it heat up.
Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl or a large two-cup measuring cup.
Open the waffle iron and brush or spray with coconut oil or olive oil. Then pour ¼ of the mixture into the waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and cook for 3-4 miuntes or until the light on the waffle iron turns off to indicate it's done. For crispy waffles cook longer.
Remove the waffle with a fork and repeat until all the waffle batter is cooked. Top with keto maple syrup and enjoy!
