2c.Turkey Broth or chicken broth, divided
1tsp.Xanthan Gum
¾c.Turkey Drippings
2tbsp.Butter
1tsp.Worcestershire Sauce
½tsp.Onion Powder
½tsp.Garlic Powder
½tsp.Salt
½tsp.Black Pepper

Instructions
In small bowl, whisk together a half cup of the chicken broth with xanthan gum to make a slurry; set aside.
In medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together remaining broth with turkey drippings and butter until butter is melted and mixture is simmering. Whisk in reserved slurry, then simmer for approximately five minutes, until mixture is thickened.
Remove from heat. Whisk in Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add additional seasonings to taste, if desired.
