2cupsbaby spinach
1cupunsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla)
⅓cupfrozen avocado
⅛cupfrozen wild blueberries
2scoopsunflavored collagen
1-2dropsliquid monkfruit (optional)

Add spinach and almond milk to the blender and pulse until smooth.
Add in avocado, blueberries, collagen, and monkfruit and blend until smooth, approximately 30-60 seconds, adding additional water or almond milk if necessary.
