  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla)
  • ⅓ cup frozen avocado
  • ⅛ cup frozen wild blueberries 
  • 2 scoops unflavored collagen
  • 1-2 drops liquid monkfruit (optional)
