Ingredients
12eggs
½c.heavy cream
1c.whole milk ricotta cheese
1tsp.salt
½tsp.pepper
¼tsp.garlic powder
¼tsp.onion powder
1c.cooked bacon, crumbled
2c.shredded Swiss or Gruyère cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Grease 12-count muffin pan or line with reusable silicone muffin liners. (If you use paper liners, be sure to grease liners with cooking spray to avoid sticking.)
In a large bowl, whisk eggs until well blended. Add heavy cream, ricotta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and whisk well.
Divide crumbled bacon among 12 muffin cups, then divide cheese among 12 muffin cups.
Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese mixture in each muffin cup until ⅔ full.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the egg is set and muffins are lightly browned.
