Ingredients
4cupsdeli rotisserie chicken skin removed and meat shredded
½cupFrank’s Red Hot Sauce
4oz.cream cheesesoftened
1cupshredded cheddar cheese
½cupblue cheese dressing

Instructions
Add hot sauce, cream cheese, and dressing to the mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until well blended, 30-60 seconds.
Mix in cheese.
Add chicken to cream cheese mixture.
Mix until blended to desired consistency. If you would like your chicken chunky (better for serving on buns) do not mix long at all (10-15 seconds, until just blended.) If you would prefer a creamier, dip-like texture, mix a little longer.
Transfer mixture to a small baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until the top is browned & bubbly. Serve with celery sticks, pork rinds, or our low-carb crackers.
