Just in time for football season to start. This dip is the perfect appetizer, snack or light lunch to be enjoyed while watching your favorite team.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 cups deli rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup blue cheese dressing

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
STEP 1: Add hot sauce, cream cheese, and dressing to the mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until well blended, 30-60 seconds.

STEP 2: Mix in cheese.

STEP 3: Add chicken to the cream cheese mixture.

STEP 4: Mix until blended to desired consistency. If you would like your chicken chunky (better for serving on buns) do not mix long at all (10-15 seconds, until just blended.) If you would prefer a creamier, dip-like texture, mix a little longer.

STEP 5: Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes until the top is browned & bubbly.

STEP 6: Serve with celery sticks, pork rinds, or our low-carb crackers.

Tips
- Store Buffalo chicken dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.
- This is a wonderful way to use up leftover beer can chicken.
- Adjust the level of spiciness to your liking.
- To make it smoother, use a food processor or blender to puree the dip.
