Ingredients
8oz.cream cheeseroom temperature
2eggs
⅔cupblue cheese dressing
½cupbuffalo wing sauce
⅓cupcelerythinly sliced
¼cupgreen onionsthinly sliced
½tsp.Salt
2cupsshredded cheddar cheese
4cupscooked chickenshredded or cut into bite sized pieces
4cupsriced cauliflowerfind in the produce section

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees; grease 9x13” baking dish.
In large mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, blue cheese dressing, buffalo sauce, celery, green onions, salt, and ½ cup of cheddar cheese.
Add chicken and cauliflower to cream cheese mixture and blend well.
Pour into baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 40-45 minutes until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly
