Ingredients
75 gnut butter or seed butter
25gcoconut oil
40gdesiccated/shredded coconutunsweetened
1tbspcocoa powder (unsweetened)unsweetened
35 gchia seeds
2 tbspgranulated sweetener of choiceor more, to your taste
1tspground cinnamon
1 tspcoconut flour

Instructions
Blend all the ingredients together in the food processor or use a stick blender with the blade attachment.
Roll into balls and place on a plate.
Refrigerate then roll in coconut, nuts or cocoa powder.
Notes
All measurements can be approximated then adjusted to your taste.Remember coconut oil has a very low melting point so if the mixture starts to go soft and difficult to roll into balls, just pop the mix into the fridge for a minute or two to enable it to harden a little and makes it easier to roll into balls.
