Instructions
Place the roasted peanuts in a high-powered food processor or blender.
Process the peanuts for about 2-3 minutes, open the lid, and scrape down the sides of the processor/blender if needed. The peanut butter will be chunky still.
Close the lid and process for another 2-3 minutes or until it is completely smooth and creamy.
Once the peanut butter is smooth and creamy, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
