Preheat oven to 375º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. I like to use my KitchenAid to mix this, but you could use a hand mixer, a food processor or your hands.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out sausage mixture and place on your baking sheet.
Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown.
Keep in the fridge or freezer and reheat when you’re ready to eat.
