Buffalo Chicken
500gboneless chickenbreast or thighs
125mlred hot saucesugar-free
1tspgarlic powder
1tspfresh dill1/2 tsp dried dill
110gcream cheese
salt and pepper
Toppings
large leaf lettuceromaine, bib, butter, red, green
chopped celery
chopped cucumber
red onion finely diced

red hot sauce

Instructions
Add all the ingredients for the buffalo chicken into your slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW heat for 4-6 hours.
When the chicken is done, shred the chicken and mix it together with the sauce in the slow cooker. An electric hand mixer, food processor, or blender can be used to easily shred the chicken.
Let the chicken cool for a few minutes and then assemble the lettuce wraps. Top the lettuce wraps with chopped fresh vegetables, hot sauce, and crumbled cheese. Enjoy!
