jar pizza sauce
look for the lowest carb variety
Your favorite pizza toppings
pepperoni, sausage, bacon, mushroom, peppers, etc.; optional

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees; cover large baking sheet with parchment or use a nonstick silicone baking mat. In medium bowl, beat eggs with wire whisk.
Then add cauliflower rice, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, and italian seasoning to egg mixture and mix well.
Spread cauliflower mixture evenly over parchment paper or silicone baking mat and press down firmly to form crust.
Bake 15-18 minutes until firm and golden brown.
Remove crust from oven; spread with pizza sauce and other toppings as desired, then cover with remaining cheese.
Place back in oven and bake for 7-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
