Instructions
Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat.Add sausage to skillet & cook for 2-3 minutes; flip and move to the side of the pan.
Crack eggs into skillet. Break yolks if desired. Cook until eggs are set, 3-4 minutes. Flip eggs, then sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
