Low-Carb Fried Eggs with Sausage
Think you don’t have time for breakfast? Think again! These low-carb fried eggs and sausage are packed with protein & healthy fat while also being almost completely carb-free. It comes together in just five minutes, and will keep you going strong all morning long!
If using frozen sausage patties, simply thaw in the microwave for 30-60 seconds before throwing them in the pan!
- 2 precooked sausage patties (thawed if frozen)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. butter
- salt & pepper
STEP 1: Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Then add sausage to skillet & cook for 2-3 minute.
STEP 2: Crack eggs into skillet. Break yolks if desired. Cook until eggs are set, 3-4 minutes. Flip eggs, then sprinkle with salt & pepper to taste.
