Instructions
Dice cucumbers, tomatoes and red onion and place into a medium bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and mix well.
Sprinkle feta cheese crumbles on top of salad to serve.
