Hello! We’re so excited to collaborate with you to create a high-value event that shows attendees why low-carb diets are effective, why they’re the healthiest way to eat, and how to make it work for their busy lives.

The Low-Carb Living Summit is a 5-day event that will help women over 40 see how they can naturally lose weight without sacrificing their social life, feeling deprived, or ever feeling hungry.

How it will work

Let’s get into some details. Here’s how The Low-Carb Living Summit will work:

The event will run from January 23-27, 2023. Presentations will include approximately 20 minutes of content and a live chat where attendees can interact with each other and you.

While the presentations are pre-recorded, all speakers are encouraged to attend their presentation time “live” to interact with attendees in the chat box. There will not be a video component to the chat.

In addition, we’ll keep attendees engaged and up to date in our Low Carb Living Facebook Community.

Low-Carb Living Summit

Leading up to the summit, we’ll have two weeks of promotion. You’ll be given email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and graphics to make it all easy.

During promotion, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll promote the All-Access Pass and Low-Carb Success Kit (details below).

What we’ll need from you

This all sounds great, but what do we need from you? Let’s chat about it!

Our goal is to make everything easy so we can all enjoy the event while providing immense value and growing our businesses.

BASIC INFORMATION

First, we’ll gather some basic information from you so we can finalize the Registration page and show you off on our Speakers page.

Once you let us know you’re in, we’ll send a form where you can upload this information easily.

PRESENTATION

Next is your presentation! This is a ~20-minute pre-recorded presentation where attendees can learn something valuable, feel encouraged, and have fun in the process.

Please structure your content in a way that allows attendees to walk away having really learned something, rather than a webinar format where they feel like they’re missing something important.

You have your choice of the following presentation formats, based on what works best for you and your topic:

  • Slides
  • You talking to the camera
  • A mixture of the two

You are free to use your presentation however you’d like once the summit has concluded.

Your presentation should include encouraging and actionable content. Here’s the suggested format:

  • A good hook to make attendees want to continue watching
  • A quick introduction to you
  • An overview of your topic
  • Main teaching section
  • 1-3 specific action steps attendees can take
  • Up to a 2-minute freebie offer that they’ll claim by opting into your email list (or DMing you on social media if you aren’t focused on growing an email list)

Presentations are due by Friday, December 9.

Low-Carb Success Kit Contribution

The Low-Carb Success Kit will be a value-packed addition to the presentations. To make it even more valuable and to give you an additional way to collect attendee email addresses, we encourage you to provide a resource to add.

This includes things like:

  • Templates
  • Trainings and workshops
  • Workbooks
  • Courses (big or small)
  • 1-month memberships
  • eBooks

Note: We expect this to convert well and do not recommend contributing 1:1 offers.

You can choose whether you’d like to create something new or contribute an offer you already sell. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate and is a great way to add hundreds (or even thousands) of additional subscribers to your list through this event.

If email list growth isn’t a goal of yours, we’re happy to talk with you about how to use this as a way to grow your social media following instead.

Anyone who does contribute a premium resource will get a 50% affiliate commission on All-Access Pass and Low-Carb Success Kit sales, rather than 40%.

Information for these resources is due by December 9.

PROMOTION

The power of a virtual summit comes from a group of experts teaming up for a single cause. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved.

To ensure this event is beneficial to all, speakers are required to send a minimum of one email about the event and post at least once on social media during the promotion period, starting on January 9, 2023.

You’ll want to share using your affiliate link (which you can set up here) so you can get in on the 40-50% commission that will come from any all-access pass sales and the 30% commission that will come from any Thin Adapted System sales once the event is over.

LIVE PARTICIPATION

And last comes some simple participation during the week of the event.

All we ask is that you participate in the chat during your presentation slot if you’re available and interact in the Facebook group throughout the week to help attendees stay excited and engaged.

Affiliate details

While summits are great for overall visibility, making new connections, and list-building some extra income never hurts either!

That’s why we’ve created an affiliate program where you’ll receive a commission on all sales from the traffic you refer to the event. Payouts will be made by March 1, 2023.

Details on the All-Access Pass and Low-Carb Success Kit:

The All-Access Pass includes ongoing replay access, a private podcast feed, presentation notes, and a few other goodies.

The pricing structure for the All-Access Pass will be:

  • $47 for 30 minutes after initial registration
  • $77 through January 22
  • $97 from January 23 through cart close

The Low-Carb Success Kit includes all of what’s in the All-Access Pass, additional resources from Thinlicious, and speaker bonuses. This will provide immense value to our attendees, while making the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile by allowing you to bring in affiliate commissions and additional leads.

The pricing structure for the Low-Carb Success Kit will be:

  • $97 for 30 minutes after initial registration
  • $127 through January 22
  • $147 from January 23 through cart close

The commission structure for the summit upgrades is as follows:

  • 40% default commission for all speakers
  • 50% for all speakers who include a premium bonus

To make it easy for you to generate extra income, the Resource Vault includes email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics. However, you’re more than welcome to write your own copy and even run your own Facebook ads.

Just remember to use your affiliate link, which you can create or look up here.

As with all affiliate promotions, be sure to disclose that you’re an affiliate when sharing with your audience.

Thin Adapted System

After the summit, we will open the doors to our signature Thin Adapted System program. Any summit attendees who came to the summit through a referral from you and join TAS will earn you a 30% commission.

If you’d like to contribute a bonus to TAS as an opportunity to get additional visibility with our customers, we’re happy to increase your commission to 40%. Please reach out to our team at events@thinlicious.com to discuss.
