Those of you from the Midwest are probably already very familiar with this oh-so-easy low-carb snack or appetizer! They’ll always disappear!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 pound sliced deli smoked ham
- 1/2 c. cream cheese
- 4 dill pickles, quartered lengthwise
STEP 1: Spread each slice of ham with cream cheese, then place quartered pickle over cream cheese.
STEP 2: Roll up, then slice into “sushi.”
