Keep in mind that if you’re not a fan of tuna, you can always sub out canned chicken instead!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 can albacore tuna in water, drained
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. dill relish
- 1 tsp. diced jalapenos (optional)
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Romaine lettuce leaves
STEP 1: In small bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, relish, jalapenos, cheese, and salt & pepper until well combined.
