Easy Low-Carb Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

Tuna is one of the most incredible low-carb, high-protein pantry staples to always keep on hand. These easy, low-carb tuna salad lettuce wraps are also one of our very favorite quick & easy low-carb lunch options, whether you’re eating at home or on the go.

Keep in mind that if you’re not a fan of tuna, you can always sub out canned chicken instead!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 can albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dill relish
  • 1 tsp. diced jalapenos (optional)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • Romaine lettuce leaves

STEP 1: In small bowl, mix together tuna, mayonnaise, relish, jalapenos, cheese, and salt & pepper until well combined.

STEP 2: Spoon into lettuce leaves & serve.
