Coconut Lime Cauliflower Low-Carb Rice

In my low-carb meals, I generally like to let the protein be the star of the show. That said, it’s always nice to have a tasty side dish to compliment the meal and make it feel complete.

Cauliflower rice has quickly become a ketogenic staple, but let’s be honest—it can feel a little bland or boring all on it’s own! Luckily this keto-friendly coconut lime cauliflower rice recipe is packed with Caribbean-inspired flavor while still remaining low in carbs.

Serve it alongside our Low-Carb Coconut Lime Chicken for an incredible meal your whole family will love!
