INGREDIENTS:
- 1 3.75 oz. can smoked salmon
- 1 8 oz. carton of cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 tbsp. jalapeno pepper (chopped)
- juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
STEP 1: In a large bowl break up smoked salmon with a fork.
