      Which coffee you use is up to you and your preference. Personally, I like to use either instant coffee or my Nespresso machine depending on how I feel some days. I also alternate between caffeinated and decaf. You can see my favorite coffee machines in my Amazon store.

    Where do the carbs / sugar come from?

        Just going to throw in an alternative here that’s equally scrumptious.
        Recently I bought a Mini Creamer which is a small stick type blender that has a small wiping type end on it. All of $5 from a local $2 shop. Here’s what I do. Instead of butter I use 2 tbs of whole milk with 2 tbs cream (so half & half essentially) only adds 1.4g carbs. Put that mix in a small jug with sweetener and pumpkin spice. Microwave for 30s. Use the Mini Creamer to mix, aerate and foam milk top all at once for 20 to 30s max. It aerates beautifully. Pour over top of mug of single serve plunger, or espresso shots with water added. Then top the foamed milk with sprinkle of extra pumpkin spice if desired. Fantastic! The half and half mix will also work perfectly for regular low carb coffee (minus spice mix) too and perfect for anybody wanting authentic tasting latte at fraction of the carbs. Once you try it you won’t go back!

        They’re also called a ‘milk frother’ just to clarify that gadget – which might yield better web search results. A stick blender with a stainless wire that runs down to a circular whisk at the end. Best milk aeorator I’ve ever used, even over the one on my $1600 espresso coffee maker!!!
