I love smoothies but generally they are loaded with extra sugar and calories. Our Thinlicious Green Low-Carb Smoothie is super refreshing, full of fiber and has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy.
Green smoothies are a great way to get a healthy dose of fruits and veggies, which provide vital nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, folate and potassium. Our low-carb smoothie is perfect to drink in the morning as a breakfast replacement or before or after a workout!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (regular or vanilla)
- ⅓ cup frozen avocado
- ⅛ cup frozen wild blueberries
- 2 scoops unflavored collagen
- 1-2 drops liquid monkfruit (optional)
STEP 1: Add spinach and almond milk to the blender and pulse until smooth.
