One of my most popular recipes from our sister website Living Well Spending Less is “The Very Best Fish” recipe. It has also been a family favorite in my home for years especially when I was Pescatarian but even now. This low carb fish recipe never disappoints, it is bursting with flavor and is truly foolproof.

Best part is you can use any type of fish or seafood. I have used tilapia, mahi-mahi, salmon, flounder, cod, & shrimp with this recipe, and they have all turned out wonderful. Give this low carb fish recipe a try today!

This recipe is outstanding. I made it with cod as it was half the price of halibut. The topping is so good and made my whole house smell amazing. It was difficult to only eat one serving. An additional ingredient for the topping for consideration might be capers.
